Just Fit offers personally supervised programs of physical fitness for all levels and abilities with overall health in mind. Our goal is to provide the opportunity to create a lifestyle of healthy exercise and eating habits along with stress management techniques in a non-intimidating setting.

Pilates Studio

Pilates is an exercise routine that stretches and strengthens all the major muscle groups without neglecting the smaller, weaker muscles. Focused on core, shoulder, and pelvic stability, workouts are designed to increase strength, flexibility, and endurance without risking injury to the body.

The results are a more balanced, lean, and aligned body, breathing better, and moving with ease and energy.

  • Reformers, V2Max, Cadillac/Trapeze Table,  Split Peddle Stability Chairs, Ladder Barrel
  • Stott and Polestar trained and certified instructors

There are no age or ability limitations associated with pilates. Workouts can be modified for the post rehab or pre/post natal client or challenges added for the athlete.
