Just Fit was founded on the idea of wellness and creating a healthy lifestyle by controlling your weight, diet, AND exercise.  Programs were developed by Mary Rose Holmes, Linda Alfonso, and Bernadine Wright.  Instructors continue to stress the overall approach to fitness incorporating exercise, nutrition, and mental health for a greater sense of well-being.
