Pilates

Class Details & Explanations:

Cardio – Cardio mix of step, kick boxing, or Latin dance.
Cardio Step – Upbeat and challenging aerobic workout using the step. Omitting the step is always an option.
Step Circuit – Intervals of aerobic and resistance training. Steps are Optional.
Sculpt & Tone – Versatile use of 1 to 12 pound free weights, body bars and various bands and balls to improve
muscular strength and tone as well as joint stability.
Pilates – Mind/body routine designed to increase muscular balance, and spinal health and stability by
improving core strength. Props added for more resistance and challenge to upper and lower body.
Yoga Flow & Stretch – Basic Hatha yoga postures linked together by the breath to increase strength,
flexibility, and balance to the mind and body.
